Katherine Moennig & Leisha Hailey
Katherine Moennig is a critically acclaimed actress whose work spans film, television, and theater. She most recently reprised her iconic role as “Shane McCutcheon” in the The L Word: Generation Q on Showtime. For the sequel to the groundbreaking original series, Moennig served as executive producer, alongside original cast members Jennifer Beals and Leisha Hailey, and worked alongside a new generation of diverse self-possessed LGBTQIA actors. Moennig has also starred in Showtime’s hit series Ray Donovan, as well as portraying Professor Hewson in Freeform’s breakout series Grown-ish. Moennig’s film credits include the neo noir legal thriller The Lincoln Lawyer and Lane 1974.
Leisha Hailey is an actor and musician best known for her breakout role “Alice Pieszecki” on Showtime’s The L Word and The L Word: Generation Q, where she also served as executive producer, alongside original cast members Jennifer Beals and Katherin Moennig. Hailey has also appeared on television’s Silicon Valley, Bosch and The New Normal, and several films, including All Over Me. Leisha recorded three albums for MCA/Universal Records with The Murmurs. She also toured and sold albums international with her other band Uh Huh Her.
